My practice offers a unique blend of traditional, western psychology and eastern mindfulness.
My professional training from Columbia University paved a solid foundation in counseling psychology, mastering the western methodology of mental health and human motivation.
My consciousness training from world renowned psychologist, Dr. Shefali Tsabary, exponentially increased my connection to clients, empowering my client as the expert in their own lives, shedding old patterns and evolving into their true authentic selves.
Blending two widely-respected approaches allows me to provide the patience, empathy and confidentiality of a therapist and the judgement-free, acceptance and connection of a friend.

The very notion of your presence here today tells me you’re on the path to evolve into a more authentic version of yourself.
Consciousness work involves you and me visiting the present moment. We join together, confidentially via Zoom, to discuss the path you'd like to pave during our sessions. I encourage you to show up in whatever way makes you most comfortable - a warm cup of tea, your favorite sweatpants or even in your pajamas.
In our sessions, there are many areas in life we discuss. I’ve included a few of the more common topics for you to browse below: the self, parenting and relationships.
What is the cost for conscious coaching?
My wish is that anyone who desires to gain a more conscious way of living will have access to do so. We will discuss costs during your discovery call.
How long does conscious coaching last?
Coaching tends to be time-bound, meaning we continue our partnership until you’ve achieved your goals, rather than continuing for an indefinite period of time. As much as I’d love to be with you forever, our work will allow you to carry-on with all the tools you’ll need.
Is our session confidential?
Anything we discuss is strictly held in confidence between the two of us. However, if at any time there is mention of self-harm or harming another, it is my responsibility to take action and ensure safety for all.
Will you work with my child or partner?
While we will certainly discuss your children, co-parent, partner, or spouse our primary work will be focused on you. In special cases, after we’ve achieved your goals, family members may join if we feel this is beneficial to all parties.
